Here’s another trailer video for the upcoming Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles for the PlayStation Portable. We have to say that bringing the title to North America this Fall is a very commendable move from Konami. Fans have actually been waiting for this for more than a decade now (it’s a remake of 1993’s Rondo of Blood, you see).

One should take note that this isn’t just a straight port of the original game that was released on the PC Engine. Konami has upgraded the graphics to 3D but fans of the classic will not be disappointed as the 2D gameplay mechanics were retained. In addition, the storyline was also changed a little to make the game more appealing to younger players.
