TGS 2007: Metal Gear Online demo comes with special lecture

Konami Digital’s upcoming Metal Gear Online for the Sony PlayStation 3 was recently presented as a hands-on demo at the 2007 Tokyo Game Show. Players lined up enthusiastically to get a crack at this upcoming biggie, and those lucky enough to get the chance had a special treat come their way.

Kotaku reports that the group selected to participate was led into a backroom and divided into two. A lady dressed in camouflage and short shorts lectured them on the game’s controls, the maps, and some basic tactics to use on the battlefield.

Metal Gear Online‘s demo soon followed and everyone seemed to have a jolly good time. Envious? We can’t blame you. Don’t worry, it’s just a few more months of drooling and waiting before we’re finally able to sink our teeth on both Metal Gear Online and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
