Ooh, shiny! Turok “Dino Luring” gameplay trailer swoops for the kill

Joseph Turok is the man to be when you’re out hunting cold-blooded reptiles. Following the first gameplay vignette on “Quiet Kills” comes this second on entitled “Dino Luring” for Propaganda Games‘ Turok. The first rule you have to keep in mind is that raptors are always drawn to the flare. Let one loose and watch them go after it – ooh, shiny!

In this Turok (PS3, Xbox 360) gameplay vid, we see the various ways you can use the the flare against the raptors. For one, if there’s a raptor near by, you can just shoot a flare out to the opposite corner to draw out the raptor. They run over to it and try to eat it – at least, that’s what it looks like in the vid. Teehee… Silly dino. Once they’re occupied, you swoop in for the kill. You might even want to just use your knife to dispatch the reptile – no point in wasting ammo if you can sneak up to them for an easy kill, right?
