Super Smash Bros. Brawl’s Target Smash stadium

DOJO! website sends out word about two previously unannounced features of Nintendo Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The first one is about the “target-breaking” mode that has become a staple in the Smash franchise.

For this iteration, the mode will be accessible in the stadium known as Target Smash. Like the previous builds before it, the target-breaking mode challenges players to destroy a total of ten targets in the shortest time possible. Some the main recognizable differences are the following: it now takes place outdoors with five new maps each with varying difficulty.

The second announcement is about the feature that lets players view replays. This means that your game records containing previous fights and Target Smash challenges can now be viewed any time. The most amazing thing about this feature is the ability to send replays to your Wii Friends. If only for these features, we have to say that Super Smash Bros. Brawl is definitely worth the wait.

The title is expected to hit retail shelves in North America on February 10. Japanese gamers, on the other hand, will be able to try it this coming holiday season.
