For those quite new to PSP portals, these are website-like programs compatible with the Sony PlayStation Portable. It is used to compile games, applications, and other useful and interesting contents.

Galaxy v1 comes with eight games as well as eight applications. It is different from other portals because it allows users to add own content and Galaxy will read them as if they are one of the ones added by default.
