WiFiX v1.5 Beta – CoreCade added, chat room improvements
For those who have been enjoying the PlayStation Portable portal WiFiX, homebrew developer jfig111 has just released a new build containing several additions as well as improvements over at QJ.NET PSP Development Forums.
WiFiX, in a nutshell, allows users to connect to other people around the world and let them save the name, email, and address of any new people they meet. Check the full changelog after the jump!

WiFiX, in a nutshell, allows users to connect to other people around the world and let them save the name, email, and address of any new people they meet. This specific release brings the portal up to version 1.5 Beta. jfig111 provided this changelog:
- CoreCade Was added (which is a Flash Game Arcade) – (CoreCade)
- Eight games were added to CoreCade – (CoreCade)
- CoreToon Viewing Screen was changed to 450×170 – (CoreToon)
- Background Changed with more simple looking layout – (Main Menu)
- Chat room screen size changed to 450×170 – (Chat)
- Chat Room has a new Splash Screen – (Chat)
- Chat Room has added a new section, “Spam Craze” – (Chat)
- Chat Room has changed the default beta chatroom to “English Chat” – (Chat)
- Pictures now added to make picking a chat room out easier – (Chat)
- Settings Tab now with working Sneak Peak – (Settings)
If you’ve been using the previous build of WiFiX, this is a good time to update to the latest version. Like before, jfig111 included a Readme.png file in the download archive that should help you get started with this application.
