Gamer sues Microsoft and Bungie for faulty Halo 3 disc
Word is out that a gamer over in California has been experiencing trouble with his copy of Halo 3. And while the ailments are pretty run-of-the-mill (crashes), the player’s reaction wasn’t. He’s filed a lawsuit against Microsoft and Bungie over the problem, the details of which you can check out via the full article.
Apparently, somebody is not too happy with his copy of Halo 3. We’re picking up word that California resident Randy Nunez has filed a federal class-action complaint against Microsoft and developer Bungie Studios for a defective copy of the said game for the Xbox 360.
According to the plaintiff (Nunez), after he had attempted to run his copy of Halo 3 – bought at a local GameStop branch for US$ 59.99 – his Xbox 360 “repeatedly locked up, froze, and/or crashed.”
