Adjustments being made for DAoC’s Bounty Point Bug

Heads up, Dark Age of Camelot fans. If you’ve been doing RvR battling recently, you may have noticed your Bounty Points being credited with the wrong amounts. Whether you got more BP or less of it, you should be pleased to know that the folks at EA Mythic are doing their best to rectify the situation.

Heads up, Dark Age of Camelot fans. If you’ve been doing RvR battling recently, you may have noticed your Bounty Points being credited with the wrong amounts. Whether you got more BP or less of it, you should be pleased to know that the folks at EA Mythic are doing their best to rectify the situation.

How so? For one thing, they’ve fixed the bug that was causing the problem. More importantly, they did some research and found the affected accounts, and have restored the Bounty Points to normal levels.

There is one thing affected accounts should note, however:

Note that these values do not take into account any BPs spent previously by the character, so the value they received might be slightly higher than they would currently have if they had not been affected by the bug. As of now, all accounts that were affected should be edited.

If you think your account was also hit by the bug, feel free to send an appeal to their customer service staff so they can investigate the matter. In the meantime, enjoy the RvR battles and grab those Bounty Points!
