Rockstar does Table Tennis – exclusive preview

Announced earlier this year, Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis, is by far a different direction to what we know Rockstar for – no guns or violence, just simply Ping Pong.

The title is the first venture into next-gen for Rockstar, and while most predicted the first release to be GTA or Midnight Club, it seems that they are using the XBox 360 to create an intense, fast, and engaging game.

The lucky guys over at IGN managed to get a bit of playing time on the title, and have posted a reasonably impressive view of the game with the conclusion that “Rockstar Presents Table Tennis re-creates the sport more accurately and with a feeling that’s closer than any other sports game on consoles or PC. The game’s immediacy and intensity are almost identical the real-life sport, and the feeling is replicated with impressive physicality and emotion”.
