This new batch of downloadable content are variants from current models in the Ace Combat series, but also has some new selections to offer. Some of the variant planes will have a new look and some new capabilities as well.
The CFA-44 Nosferatu: A variant of the game’s superfighter plane. It’s armed with an Electromagnetic Launcher and has great stability and accuracy. It’s available for 200 MS Points.
The F-14D Super Tomcat: Worth 200 MS Points, the Super Tomcat was originally of the Razgriz Squadron. The plane has high durability.
The Su-33 Flanker: Of the Yellow Squadron, this plane has great maneuverability but has limited armor. It costs 200 MS Points.
The Su-47 Berkut: Customized plane by Miki Hoshi. The “otaku” plane of the series which costs 400 MS Points.
The Tornado GR4: With a cool and instantly recognizable shark design, the plan has beefed up firepower and defense, but is lacking in speed. It costs 200 MS Points.
The Typhoon – It has great stability but has a limited arsenal. But it’s a free download, so that’s a plus.
