Rapper Chuck D plays emcee for Midway’s NBA Ballers: Chosen One
Midway’s NBA Ballers series has always been about two things: hardcore basketball action and a wicked soundtrack. The latest installment, NBA Ballers: Chosen One, is set to be released this Spring for the PS3 and Xbox 360. While the virtual NBA superstars fill the first category well enough, the other half will be covered by rapper Chuck D, who will lend his unique voice talent for the game, and Just Blaze, who will be handling the production of the game’s soundtrack. Find out more in the video trailer we have for the game in the full article!
Can you guess who’s going to be lending his voice talent to Midway’s upcoming NBA sports title for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles? Rapper Chuck D will be giving some serious personality by playing the outspoken sports commentator in NBA Ballers: Chosen One.
If you’re familiar with Chuck D, then you should have figured out that the game will be sporting a smooth hip hop groove with Public Enemy keeping tabs on the virtual NBA stars duking it out on the hard court in this latest basketball sim title.
As if this wasn’t enough, all the sounds from the game will be produced and arranged by hip hop record producer Justin “Just Blaze” Smith. So fans of the series can already expect a wicked soundtrack in the upcoming game.
You can take a sneak peek at how these two hip hop giants strut their stuff for NBA Ballers: Chosen One by playing the video trailer we have from the game below. Anyway, we hope you enjoy the cool sounds and hardcore basketball action packed into the clip!
