Next Halo in March 2007

If you put down a pre-order for Halo 3 at your local FYE, there’s a good possibility that you only have a good year of waiting left. An anonymous Microsoft source told IGN that the next Halo game will be published in March 2007. Although Microsoft declined the comment in a phone call, it would make sense for them to wait until the buzz dies down around PS3 and Revolutioon to release this highly anticipated shooter. With the Halo movie due to hit the big screen in Summer of the same year, it’s looking like the franchise will be bringing in a lot of cash that time of year. There’s a good chance Bungie will release more information at E3, and we’ll make sure to keep you posted until then!
