It’s been a couple of days since the release of Time Baby v11, and it seems Art is up to more tricks with a new version of the application: Time Baby v11b. This release comes with some bugfixes and optimizations, as well as one notable visible change: the addition of a flaming effect, as shown above, which you can try out on the clock interface.
In any case, here’s the changelog for the application:
- Implemented Flamez PSP fire effect demo by Midnight, optimised and ported to PSP by Fanjita,
- modified for use with PSP graphics library, and variable positioning by Art.
- Fixed display bug when resuming from standby.
- Improved font for time announcement duration setting screen.
- Intro sequence is slightly faster than previous versions.
- Shutters open faster than they did previously in plasma clock mode.
- HOME button can be configured to power off by editing the last byte of the config file.
- Face buttons are locked when plasma screensaver is active, although the program still runs underneath.
Art notes that this version comes with a Lamer Extermination Code, which he says “is aimed
at preventing anyone altering the eboot.pbp file in the same manner as X-Flash did.”
For additional information on using this application, we suggest you turn to the readme or to Art’s forum post for help. That being said, enjoy the application!
UPDATE:
Art has released one additional update for Time Baby v11b, bumping it up to version 11c. There’s only one main change, however:
- Better display fix for wake from standby
As always, make sure you check the readme or the related forum post below for additional information and any incidental updates that might happen to pop up.
