Time Baby, Sony PlayStation Portable homebrew developer Art’s neat time-keeping app for the PSP, keeps evolving over time – and this version is definitely no different. Now sporting an MP3 player function on top of the plethora of other awesome features, version 12 should be the must-download, if just to make things a bit more convenient to have Time Baby running while your favorite music is playing on the background.
Here’s the changelog for version 12 of Time Baby (27/02/08):
- First implementation of irshell mp3 player with customised file browser.
- Playlist handler written from scratch.
Homebrew dev Art also documented the controls:
- Circle starts the Mp3 file browser, and overclocks the PSP to 333MHz for the rest of the program session.
- Then in the browser, CROSS will exit the browser and play the selected track.
- SQUARE will add to the playlist until you press CROSS to exit the browser.
- TRIANGLE will stop, or skip to next playlist track.
- Pressing CIRCLE to enter the browser clears the current playlist, but the current track is allowed to finish.
