Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning lore: It Takes all Kinds
Everyone loves a good story. Thankfully, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning seems to have an abundance of those. This time around, EA Mythic tells the tale of a serendipitous find in an old gold mine. Read the story in the full article, right after the jump.
It’s a given that not everyone who plays MMORPGs actually role-plays (RPs), but at least EA Mythic is doing what it can to make the setting of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (WAR) conducive to actual RP, at least for those who may wish to do so. One of the ways that EA Mythic does this is through the telling of stories such as “It Takes All Kinds.”
A tale is told of two Dwarves, Goldtooth and Brunhilda, and the latter’s serendipitous discovery. What should have been a simple task of sifting up gold dust from a Dwarven mine turned into an impromptu rescue mission as Brunhilda came to the rescue of some seriously and critically-injured Dwarves.
EA Mythic’s tale is told from Brunhilda’s point of view. Despite being short and sweet, it offers a thoughtful look into the way WAR Dwarves think, feel and behave. If you’re in the mood for a bit of introspection and insight, why not read “It Takes All Kinds”? Just click on the source link below and you’ll be whisked away to the full story.
