Sierra Entertainment has confirmed The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor for the Nintendo Wii and DS. Last time we heard of this movie tie-in was only through an overlooked listing, but now, details have surfaced. Head over to the full article to learn more.
As hinted at by the recently released list of upcoming titles for Nintendo platforms, Sierra Entertainment confirmed The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is no myth and it will rise on the Wii and DS. The movie tie-in will see release earlier than its namesake’s silver screen launch.
Details are scant, but we do know The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is going to be in third-person. Sierra boasts of seamless transition from gun play to hand-to-hand combat and promises challenging puzzles to put players in the shoes of explorers who decode hieroglyphics and shoot critters.
The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is slated for release on July 22. Both Rick O’Connell and his son Alex are playable across Chinese catacombs, Himalayan peaks, and other backdrops we expect to see in the movie.
