Planes acookin’ for Burnout Paradise?

It’s a car. It’s a plane.. on Burnout Paradise (PS3, Xbox 360)? Alright, alright. That was corny. But hey, you’d just be as up on the air as we are when you hear that Criterion’s actually “experimenting with planes”. For Burnout. Yeah, read up on it at the full article.

“We’re [even] experimenting with planes.” This was the statement that caught our eye over at Criterion Games‘ site for Burnout Paradise (PS3, Xbox 360). We’re not really sure how much progress they’ve gotten with this experiment of theirs, but we can’t help but think we just might see aircrafts for their next installments.

Would that be exciting? We think so, actually. Although it’s pretty easy to imagine how the playing field would be made uneven if your car is racing against a jet, don’t you think? Hmmm.. plane-cars, perhaps? Anyway, the Cagney update is set to cruise in just a matter of days. Although it would certainly be wishful thinking to ask for planes already included in it, at least we have something more to look forward to, right?
