Good news and bad news for Europe. Good news first. According to a new press release from Ignition Entertainment, the region will be getting the anthology this Winter (no specific release date was given).
The bad news is, the press release says the collection will only have six titles. I assume that this will be the same release as the one Japan will get, which will only have the original six games: Samurai Shodown I – VI.
If that’s the case, it’s a shame. SS V Special had some major changes from the original SS V, including the Overkill move, which gives you a one-hit win. Ah well, that’s still six great games to choose from though.
