Xbox Slayers to be Tried Soon

In August 2004, four young men beat six people to death with an aluminum bat. The reason? Well, the true reason is because they were psychos with complete disregard for human life, but to the mainstream press, the reason is an Xbox. Troy Victorino, 29, Michael Salas, 20, and Jerone Hunter, 19, are being charged with six counts of murder as well as eight other crimes. Robert Cannon, 20, pleaded guilty earlier and is getting life in prison. The three on trial now, if convicted, will face the death penalty.

Of course, the murders weren’t really over the Xbox. All the defendants had a criminal record and one had recently served a prison term. They were staying in the house of the victims while it was empty. When the victims returned, the men were kicked out. When the victims wouldn’t give back their possessions, they came back and killed them. However, don’t expect the focus to be off the Xbox in some of the press. I can already hear Jack Thompson making his battle cry.
