zx-81 brings up his PSP-FTPD homebrew to version 0.5.0. For those of you who are encountering this app for the first time, this is a simple FTP server for your PSP, which allows you to send and retrieve files or complete directories to and from your PSP.
The best part is that you don’t need any cables to do it. Instead, you just need your Wireless connection (WiFi), with a FTP client on your PC, ie. Filezilla, and you’re good to go. This particular version has been tested with gFtp on Linux, on both Phat and Slim, with cfw 4.01 m33-2.
Here are the new features of this new version:
- Improve speed transfert
- (tested at home with 500k for download, 250k for upload)
- Tested on PSP slim with fw4x-m33
- New graphics for EBOOT & background
- Add music for EBOOT
- Bug fix in battery status display
