New LittleBigPlanet Beta version released
How would you like it if we told you that while you would have to delete all old LBP beta data, you have another chance to make new levels and save them, too? Media Molecule‘s sending out more Beta keys, and this time, it’s for a new Beta version.
While a lot of people thoroughly enjoyed creating their own levels in the LittleBigPlanet beta, they were also hugely disappointed when they found out that all the user-created levels will be lost forever once the actual game replaces the beta.
Not to worry now, though. Media Molecule has heard their cries of distress and has now come up with a fix to the problem: more beta keys. What do those have to do with saving user-created levels? Well, those aren’t just “more” beta keys. They’re “new” beta keys. You know, for a new beta version.
That’s right. They’ve released a new beta version, and this time, it will not require a DNS redirect. The best part of this, however, is that all levels created in this beta version will still be available for players even at the launch of the full title! So you don’t have to say bye-bye to them anymore.
However, if you have previously redeemed a voucher code for LBP, then you still have to delete any old LBP data, including saved data and game data. To get the chance to grab this new beta version, just email them at [email protected], and you’ll be sent your Codes soon.
Good luck and have fun!
