Go to Hell – Dante’s Inferno makes its world premiere at Spike VGA
Go to Hell. Literally.
Talking, of course, about the upcoming title, Dante’s Inferno, based on one part of Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy. Take a trip down to the Nine Circles of Hell, with sights getting nastier the deeper you go. This isn’t gonna be a tour of hell like Dante had, you’re in for hands-on hell exploring. Hell yeah!
Take a trip down the Nine Circles of Hell in Dante’s Inferno. This won’t be some guided tour like Dante had, you’ll be needing a lance and a crucifix ’cause the damned will come after you. Electronic Arts brought the Divine Comedy from 1300 to 2008 with images that Dante Alighieri couldn’t have imagined.
No gameplay clips here, but I guess we already know what’s coming. I’m guessing we’ll have Cerberus and Geryon as bosses, and I definitely want to see Lucifer in the Frozen Lake, and in these graphics, who wouldn’t?
If you’ve had doubts as to the quality of Dante’s Inferno, then this trailer might make you change your mind. No word on release dates at the end of the trailer, but it did tell me to go to hell.
