Perhaps Will Smith would have something to say about robots taking over? Within the next 10 years we can expect Japan to have robots roaming around on the moon.

The Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency has a brought together a group of researches to develop an advanced type of robot to use for exploration missions on the moon. They will be capable of operating vehicles to travel the moons surface. They also hope that the robots will be able to make their own decisions in the construction of a base on the moon. They would like to see this base completed in about 20 years.
