Killzone 2 new DLCs revealed
Steel and Titanium. No, those aren’t the ingredients for creation of a mega-structure. Rather, that’s the title of the first ever batch of sweet downloadable content for Killzone 2. Thanks to GameTrailers TV’s Geoff Keighley, we’ve got the lowdown on what we can expect from this package.

Said the reports, Steel and Titanium will contain two new multiplayer maps: one aboard an ISA tech Cruiser (New Sun, as she is called) featuring a vertical gameplay, and the other involving two Helghast freight trains that can be jumped between. For the latter map, do exercise caution because you can accidentally collide with environmental objects, or worse, fall off and die.
There’s another batch coming though, and it’s described as being “Retro”. Could this imply that they’ll be digging into the original Killzone title for some handpicked locations? Not exactly far-off, is it? Actually, Hermen Hulst practically confirmed it himself, as he answered Keighly with a beaming, “You got it!” reply. No other details apart from that, however.
Steel and Titanium will available by the end of April. Just keep checking back here for more updates.
