According to Kotaku, Garriott has filed a suit against NCSoft in the Texas Western District Court accusing the company of fraud. While exact details have yet to be revealed, the documents did show that Garriott is going for the jugular: he’s suing for US$ 24,000,000.
Maybe he needs the money for another space trip? The last one did cost US$ 30 million, after all.
