Joining the Tales of VS cast: Kohak, Farah and Caius
Three more characters from various Tales titles are coming over to join in on the adventure in Tales of VS. Who could they be? You don’t need to think about it long and hard. They are Kohak Hearts from Tales of Hearts, Farah Oersted of Tales of Eternia and Caius Qualls from Tales of Tempest.

How did we know? Shonen Jump said so via this scan below. Their arrival ups the character list to 31 in all — so far. And there are four more left to be revealed before the big launch in August 6 in Japan.
