Evo 2009 Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Finals: Justin Wong vs. Sanford
Justin Wong is certainly fired at all cylinders and showed his versatility in this year’s Evo Championship Series. In his second finals match of the event, the beast of fighting games got down on the floor and took on one of the tourney favorites, Sanford Kelly. I don’t know which was more annoying – the video or the commentary. On one hand, you have a fight full of support attacks from backup characters, big blasts, and swift combos, which is exactly how Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is really supposed to be played, but you’ve got a video that’s pretty hard to follow. On the other hand, Seth Killian and the other commentators took a break from the mic and left the job to gamers who should’ve just stuck to gaming.
At the very least, this vid does not include the overexposure to “I Wanna Take You For a Ride.” If you caught the live streaming, you’d know what I’m talking about. At any rate, just continue watching the vid and let me know what you guys think via the comments section below.
