World of Warcraft Battlegrounds Overhaul

World of Warcraft fans usually have a blast playing Battlegrounds, but the long wait to get into a match just dampens their spirits. That will change very soon as Blizzard is hard at work creating new enhanced Battlegrounds servers.

The plan is to link together 16 realms per server to create a diverse PvP experience. Not only will it speed up the waiting time, but players will finally get the chance to duke it out with other players from other realms. The best part of the plan is that the enhancements will most likely be released in patch 1.12 or 1.13.

But it won’t stop there, as Blizzard will add world rankings, tournaments, and ladders, essentially creating a Battle.net for World of Warcraft. Now that’s something gamers can really look forward to.
