Wii Fit Plus priced, dated for North America
Nintendo‘s set the date for the release of Wii Fit Plus, the expansion of their 2008 phenomenon, Wii Fit. This new version of the exercise-game is coming out on October for North America. More details after the jump.

Nintendo‘s set the date for the release of Wii Fit Plus, the expansion of their 2008 phenomenon, Wii Fit. This new version of the exercise-game is coming out on October for North America.
October 4th is the exact date, US$ 99.99 is the exact price. Plus will also reportedly be replacing all the current Wii Fit bundles, which caries the Wii Balance Board accessory. There will, however, be a stand-alone disc that will sell for US$ 19.99.
Why the jump in the pricing? Nintendo explains that Plus will have 15 new balance games and six additional strength-training exercises on top of the 15 existing activities from the original. You can also now customize your workout routine, a feature that was lacking in the original title.
