After scooping p accolade after accolade on the Wii, PC, and Mac, 2D Boy is raring to take World of Goo for a go on the Apple iPhone.

The developers behind the critically-acclaimed physics-based puzzler have confirmed the game’s upcoming iPhone release via a post on the official 2D Boy blog.

There’s no release date yet, but apparently they’ve already managed to get World of Goo running well on the iPhone 3GS. The devs are also aiming to get it running smoothly on the iPhone 3G.
