Gangs of London Pre-E3 2006 Hands-On
The guys at Gamespot had a chance to try out Gangs of London at a SCEA pre-E3 event. And they’ve come back pretty impressed with the game. Originally known as ‘The Getaway’, Gangs of London promises to be another cracker like GTA.
Like The Getaway, the game features stunningly accurate locales of London. The core of the game is its mission-based driving and shooting action. We’ve already covered a rundown of its features and screenshots before.
“While we got to test only a few of the different options in Gangs of London, and the game still has months of development left before its release around Halloween this year, things are off to a promising start. By streamlining the core action of The Getaway and adding a slew of new features, all while cramming the whole experience into a portable format, Gangs of London might just have what it takes to realize the potential of its predecessors.”
Check out the full Hands-On review at Gamespot below.
Expect to see more info revealed at E3. Stay tuned because QJ.NET will be at the helm, covering every bit of E3. Heck, we’ve got a blog coming up soon just for the big event. Until then, you can check out all the other E3 stories here.
