The Sims are bustin’ out again – EA has announced that the gibber-talking, Simoleon-earning, Woohoo-making sims of The Sims 3 are heading to the consoles and the handhelds.

So far, the publisher has posted the info along with its quarterly financials, labeled as “The Sims 3 on Console Title” and scheduled for a Q3 release. EA notes that the game will be coming both consoles and handhelds, although they didn’t specify which ones exactly, or if it’s skipping on any of the current platforms.
