Bungie expecting 3 million to download Halo: Reach beta
Expectations are running high for Halo: Reach, especially now that we’re inching ever closer to its release date. And why not, so much hype has been built around this supposed last iteration of the Halo franchise, it’s just positively oozing with excitement. That excitement will start pouring out once the beta comes out — all 3 million guesstimated gamers.

And why not, so much hype has been built around this supposed last iteration of the Halo franchise, it’s just positively oozing with excitement. That excitement will start pouring out once the beta comes out — all 3 million guesstimated gamers.
Bungie forecasts some 3 million gamers could easily download the multiplayer beta as soon as it hits Xbox Live this May. This number is almost four times that of the number of gamers who downloaded the Halo 3 multiplayer beta, at only 800,000.
That’s not a very conservative guess, huh? Will you be one of those 3 million gamers?
