Namco Bandai recalls Tales of Graces
The release of a bug-infested game can hurt a developer’s rep, but if the extent of the buggy-ness forces a publisher to recall a game, that is just serious fail. That’s what happened with Tales of Graces, a game so bug-ridden that Namco Bandai had no choice but to recall the copies back to the workbench.

Tales of Graces, released in December 2009 for the Wii, received a lot of complaints for having too many bugs. Players reported inability to obtain certain items, music glitches, and the deal-breaking freezes. This forced Namco Bandai to recall the game and revise their quality control system.
By the time the PAL release comes around later this year, hopefully, there will still be a game left to play.
