The Witcher II release window is for next year
Looks like a release window for CD Projekt’s The Witcher 2 may have been under our noses the whole time, but was so discreet we didn’t catch it. Documented in fact in Atari’s 2009 financial report is supposedly a release window for the said sequel, and it’s not gonna be coming out this year.

“Spring 2011” was the window marked for the PC launch fo The Witcher 2. Now that was all that was mentioned about it, but if you’re into marking your calendars early, Atari’s 2010 fiscal year ends March 31st, so game might be out sometime before then.
The Witcher 2 remains to be confirmed only for the PC, although the devs have not closed their doors definitely on bringing it to the consoles.
