Steam For Mac adds Half-Life 2 and EVE Online

The Steam for Mac catalogue continues to grow this week with the addition of the Half-Life 2 titles and Eve Online: Tyrannis.

Available now for download is the Half-Life 2 series of games which includes Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, and Half-Life 2: Episode Two, and Eve Online: Tyrannis. Said to feature cross-platform support for Steam Cloud, the Half-Life 2 titles will allow players to save their game progress on one computer, then seamlessly resume from that save point on another computer (Mac or PC).

In addition, Valve has also updated Half-Life 2 and Half-Life 2: Episode One to include over 40 new Steam Achievements. It will also support Steam Play that allows customers to purchase a game once and play it on all Steam supported platforms.
