Localized Yakuza 4 will have less cut content than Yakuza 3
Fans weren’t at all happy with all the cut content from the localized version of Yakuza 3, which led to some doubt about the arrival of Yakuza 4 in the West. Learning from that little fiasco, Sega promises not to ditch that much stuff this time around. Do note, however, that there will still be a few things missing.

Sega community manager Aaron Webber confirmed to Siliconera that the hostess clubs will be retained, at the very least. That means you can still have your fill of fling pong. Other mini-games such as mahjong and shogi have yet to be decided on.
Unforunately, the Answer X Answer mini-game will not be riding the boat that sails to the West – Webber has confirmed that it will not be included in the localized version. Answer X Answer is an arcade Q&A game with a thousand questions, each with characters printed on the images, so translating all that will require more than just a text swap. If Sega was to tediously localize the entire mini-game, then the process would delay the Western release past the spring 2011 target.
