There will be a Collector’s Edition for DC Universe Online. Not only does SOE confirm it, they’ve also given out details as to what’s gonna be packaged in it. A big lure for DC fans would surely be the statue of Batman himself.
There will be a Collector’s Edition for DC Universe Online. Not only does SOE confirm it, they’ve also given out details as to what’s gonna be packaged in it. A big lure for DC fans would surely be the statue of Batman himself.
Okay, here’s what you’re getting in the Collector’s Edition:
- 56-page “Art of DCOU” book
- Issue #1 of DC Universe Online: Legends comic
- Batman statue
You can get all of this for US$ 99.99. We’ve also heard that various retail stores are putting on their own gimmicks for the pre-orders of the game, which includes in-game versions of DC Comic characters, limited edition books and more.
Take this as an added bonus, if you will, but we’ve also just found out that Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy have been tapped to voice The Joker and Batman, respectively. Said John Blakely, SOE VP of Development, “We’re excited taht not only will Mark and Kevin bring their talent back to the DC Universe as part of DC Universe Online, but we’ve hit the jackpot with a full cast that are veterans of all the movies, TV shows, and games that our fans are crazy about.”
DC Universe Online is coming out this November for both the PC and PS3.
