Ubisoft has released a brand new trailer of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, showing off the multiplayer mode of the hotly anticipated title.

The first game in the series to feature multiplayer mode, the third person action-adventure title will be out on November 16 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
