Silver Surfer to ride the waves of Marvel vs. Capcom 3?
If you’ll remember, a supposed full roster list of characters for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 came out recently. Silver Surfer was nowhere in that list. But what’s this? According to a post from 4Chan, he’ll definitely be there. Okay, okay, so you might be thinking, “But that’s 4Chan. Who takes 4Chan seriously?” Well, maybe you would, if the origin of the buzz came from a Japanese magazine.

According to a post from 4Chan, he’ll definitely be there. Okay, okay, so you might be thinking, “But that’s 4Chan. Who takes 4Chan seriously?” Well, maybe you would, if the origin of the buzz came from a Japanese magazine.
Supposedly, the image of Silver Surfer surfaced in said Japanese mag, along with an interview with Capcom producer Ryota Niitsuma. In the article, Niitsuma is said to describe Silver Surfer as “a unique character with a fact paced playstyle geared towards advanced players.” And yes, the Surfer likes to hover.
The rumor also alleges that the reveal of the Silver Surfer will be made next month. Again, there’s a reason why this post is being tagged as a rumor, but still, it doesn’t hurt to get excited even a teeny bit.
