EmuSMS v1.0 and EmuGG v1.0 Now Released

Here are two new releases from PSP coder fredjmh123, the EmuSMS v1.0 and EmuGG v1.0. These two programs for the PSP are the ported SMSplus of Charles Mac Donald split into two for the Game Gear and the SMS.

Scaling is disabled by default, but one can change the scaling factor, disable vsync and change the frame skip by editing the options.cfg file.

Scaling=1 scales normally
Scaling=2 will create scanlines
