Halo 3 Documentary In The Works
After much denial, game developer Bungie revealed–through a trailer shown at Microsoft‘s pre-E3 press conference — that it is working on Halo 3. As if the trailer itself wasn’t enough, the news came out that it was made entirely from the in-game engine, making gamers froth at the mouth.
If you’re one of the “rabid ones” who can’t wait to find out more, here’s some bad news – you’re just going to have to wait. The good news is, you won’t have to wait much longer. Bungie.net’s Frankie O’Conner recently revealed that a short documentary about the trailer’s making is in the works. The film will concentrate on what went into making the teaser, as well as the production team. New footage will likely not be included, but Frankie promises that fans will get a look at the trailer from new “angles.” At the moment, unfortunately, there is no hard information on when the documentary will be released.
Halo 3 is currently scheduled to be released on the Xbox 360 sometime in 2007. If you missed the trailer that everyone is talking about, you can view it here.
