Reggie Fils-Aime Making an Appearance at the Montreal International Game Summit

Yesterday, the official announcement was made by Alliance numériQC that they will be holding the third Montreal International Game Summit. This is game summit is an “annual gathering of video game professionals” that will take place on November 8th and 9th at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. MIGS will feature several video game creators from Midway Games and even someone from Electronic Arts. Though, this year, the torch is given to Nintendo of America’s Reggie Fils-Aime who will be the most anticipated speaker. Reggie was recently promoted to Nintendo of America’s (NOA) presidency spot, and this will be one of his first “major” speeches as the president of NOA.

There is no word on what Reggie will talk about, whether it be the Nintendo Wii or the Nintendo DS / Nintendo DS Lite. Although, we can expect a full keynote address from Reggie as he is the only one listed on the schedule for a keynote. Hopefully by November we could hear an official announcement of the Wii’s price or other features, but even that may be stolen by the TGS (Tokyo Game Show).
