Another source confirms the date and schedule of the iPhone 16 event and other hardware events. This follows our original report that put the iPhone 16 and the other hardware events on September 10. Apple’s flagship releases, such as the iPhone 16 range, are traditionally introduced in September. Apple has not confirmed the date of the event, but a report from Friday claims that it will be on September 10. Bloomberg’s report on Friday cites “people who are familiar with the situation” to mark the date of the launch. Apple is preparing for the launch date, despite not having made an announcement yet. The report says that Apple will begin selling its new products after the event on September 20. Apple Watch Series 10, AirPods and iPhones will be on the list of products to be released. Macs are unlikely to be included in the event, as they usually arrive a month after during an October event. The report is not entirely surprising, even though it is close to the time that observers would expect the launch event to take place. AppleInsider has previously discussed the September 10 date in great detail. This is a date that many people expect for a variety of reasons. Apple, for example, prefers to launch its products on a early September Tuesday. September 10 is more likely to happen since Labor Day follows September 3. The report claims that someone at Apple or in a position of authority is aware that the official date is September 10. Apple could choose a date other than September 10 despite the educated guesswork and general belief that it will happen on this day. Apple will not let anyone know the exact date of its event until the invitations are sent. This time, they’re real.
