Activision confirms Metallica in Guitar Hero III
Apparently, Harmonix‘s Rock Band (Xbox 360, PS3) isn’t the only game that will be receiving even more heavy metal lovin’. Activision has just sent out word that Metallica is going to be part of Guitar Hero III‘s (PS3, Wii, Xbox 360, PS2) growing song lineup.
What makes this news all the more enticing is that the band’s master track is reported to be “One.” For the guys who haven’t heard (or live under a rock), One is the very first song Metallica created a music video for, and is part of their “…And Justice for All” album from 1988, which hit number six on The Billboard 200 during its release.
That’s all the details we’ve got for the moment, although we’ll update in case more news gets released on more bands making it to GHIII.
