Activision posts job listing for screenshot retouch artist
I think most gamers know that screenshots are often doctored to make them snazzier, even if they don’t readily admit it to themselves. It was always just a kind of open secret, but that was until Activision posted this particular job listing on Gamasutra.

The job listing is actually for an “Art Services Screenshot Associate”. Basically a guy (or gal) who manages art assets and such. The skills and qualities they’re looking for starts out simple enough, until you get to the end, which asks that applicants be able to “Perform advanced retouching of screenshots and teach skills to others as needed”.
Sounds pretty bad, doesn’t it? Still, the upside here is at least there are still some jobs available in the industry. If you think your Photoshop skills are up to the task, click on the Via link for the complete job listing.
