Andy Hall crowned The Ultimate Gamer

Andy Hall may not be a household name yet. And maybe he will never be a household name. But one thing’s for sure. He pwned 15 other finalists to win Gamestation’s Ultimate Gamer competition!

The Ultimate Gamer competition was a four-week battle to the death, which started with hundreds of gamers playing various genres every week. The genres included first-person shooter, beat ‘em up, driving and sport. From the hundreds of wannabes, four made it to the knockout rounds.

In the ensuing mega-clash for the top spot, Andy beat his opponent in Project Gotham Racing 3 – by a mere 0.3 seconds! But that was enough for Andy to bag the coveted title of Ultimate Gamer. For his effort and skills, Andy won an Xbox 360 and accessories, a stack of games and a tour of Microsoft. Congratulations Andy and give our regards to Bill.
