Angband 3.0.6 For the PSP v0.1
Abszero has just released a port of Angband 3.0.6 for the PSP, v0.1. For those not familiar with the game, it’s similar to the recently released Rogue Clone II, only more in depth. Abszero states that it takes about 30 seconds for the game to load, but after that, it moves without any delays. These pics are from the PC version, so it differs slightly, but you get the idea of the game.
Here is a list of known issues from the readme:
Many features have not been tested (wizard / borg, characters besides mages, etc…). They are quite possibly buggy, and in some cases, such as wizard mode, I am fairly certain they will crash the game. Most of the normal stuff should work (I have a level 21 character and haven’t had any problems), but please be aware that it’s entirely possible a bug could wipe your save or other files, or even destroy your PSP.
Note: The zip file seems to have gotten corrupted and the 1.0 eboot doesn’t want to extract properly, but the 1.50 files extract fine. The controls and general info can be found in the readme included in the file.
