Boy, these updates about Brawl sure keep coming, don’t they? We’re not one to complain though, be it about another item, a technique, or a new character. And we’re certainly not complaining now, as this Super Smash Brothers Brawl update’s all about Pikachu and his Final Smash. Ladies and gentlemen, the most electrifying move in Super Smash Brothers history, the Volt Tackle!

How it works is pretty simple: once the Smash Ball is acquired, Pikachu will be able to transform himself into a massive ball of lightning that the player can actually control. All you have to do then is steer the ball towards your enemies to deliver huge amounts of pain that’s all crackly and prickly. Watch out, though, as the ball itself is pretty quick – you might overshoot your targets and fly out of the stage’s relative safety. But if you’ve brushed up on your ring-out recovery, then getting back up to terra firma will be a piece of cake.

Well, that’s it for now about Pikachu and his Final Smash. Be sure to check back here for any and all further updates about the highly-anticipated brawler for the Nintendo Wii, Super Smash Brothers Brawl!
