Apple Inc. is rumored to play a significant role in the sales pitch for the phone 16.

Mark Gurman has tweeted that Apple has scheduled a mandatory employee meeting shortly after the iPhone 16 launch event on September 10. The meetings will take place on either the evening or morning of September 13, depending on the store. Gurman notes that this is an unusual schedule since Apple usually holds meetings on Sundays rather than during the workweek. Apple Intelligence will not be available alongside the iPhone 16 launch in September, as it was officially delayed to iOS 18.1 in October.
